Mental Harmony Wellness Center LTD, located in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our remote integrated care team. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary outpatient environment, where you will provide essential mental health services to patients with both psychiatric and medical conditions.

This position allows for a remote work setting, enabling flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule. Therapists will engage with patients primarily during standard office hours, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional required evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. This approach ensures you can balance personal and professional obligations while contributing significantly to patient care.

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments that take into account the influence of co-occurring medical conditions on patients' psychological well-being.
• Design and implement integrated treatment plans that meet both mental health and medical needs, ensuring each patient receives personalized care.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
• Work closely with medical providers to ensure coordinated care, sharing insights and updates regarding patient progress to optimize treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and compassionate care.
• Educate patients on the interconnection between their mental and physical health, empowering them with tools for better self-management of their conditions.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems to track patient progress and treatment efficacy.
• Engage actively in team meetings, case conferences, and interdisciplinary care planning sessions to foster collaborative relationships and improve treatment strategies.
• Stay informed about relevant research and advancements in integrated care through ongoing professional development and participation in training opportunities.

Our therapists work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing various challenges such as chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders. By addressing the mental health needs of those with intricate medical histories, you will play a critical role in enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.
• Prior experience in integrated care settings, effectively collaborating with medical professionals to deliver holistic patient care.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that foster trusting therapeutic relationships with patients and collaboration with team members.
• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines while ensuring patient confidentiality and dignity.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and a strong ability to operate various computer applications.
• A collaborative spirit that thrives in interdisciplinary team settings, contributing to shared goals and patient outcomes.

• At least two years of relevant experience providing mental health therapy, preferably in an integrated care or outpatient setting.
• Experience with evidence-based practices specific to co-occurring disorders.
• Efficient in managing patient caseloads and utilizing time management skills to enhance service delivery.
