Work Environment

This position is fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through our secure telehealth platform. As part of a community health clinic, you will interact regularly with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client care. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused interventions.
  • Employ therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other validated methodologies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation following HIPAA regulations and organizational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance care standards.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available community resources.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and trends in the mental health field to ensure the best practices in client care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be serving a diverse population, including individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and related mental health challenges. We strive to create a supportive atmosphere where clients feel understood and empowered to make significant changes in their lives.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
  • Proficiency in administering solution-focused psychotherapy tailored to individual client needs.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
