Integrated Multicultural Counseling, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team. This position is fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through our secure telehealth platform. As part of a community health clinic, you will interact regularly with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client care. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs.

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments to understand clients' mental health needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused interventions.
• Employ therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other validated methodologies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation following HIPAA regulations and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary treatment team in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance care standards.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available community resources.
• Stay updated on the latest research and trends in the mental health field to ensure the best practices in client care.

Your primary focus will be serving a diverse population, including individuals coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, and related mental health challenges. We strive to create a supportive atmosphere where clients feel understood and empowered to make significant changes in their lives.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
• Proficiency in administering solution-focused psychotherapy tailored to individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere to promote a culture of growth and learning.

• Prior experience in a community health setting is highly valued.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations.

This role offers a competitive annual salary in the range of $90,000 to $100,000, determined by experience and qualifications.
