This LCSW position primarily involves working with patients who are in hospice care, facing end-of-life challenges. You will provide emotional support to individuals experiencing grief, anxiety, and depression related to terminal diagnoses. Additionally, you will support family members who may be struggling with anticipatory grief and adjustment issues, addressing the psychological impact of caregiving in hospice settings.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and current Pennsylvania license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, preferably with exposure to hospice or palliative care environments.
• Strong proficiency in medical documentation processes and electronic health record systems.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings or with similar patient populations.
• Training in motivational interviewing techniques or other therapeutic modalities.
• Background in providing specialty care for children and adolescents, particularly in grief counseling.
