Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, tailoring your approach to meet the distinct needs of each client.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans, documenting patient progress and therapeutic milestones accurately and comprehensively.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring cohesive treatment pathways for clients through regular case consultations and meetings.
