• Conduct comprehensive assessments and individualize therapy plans based on each client's unique needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, among others.
• Facilitate group and family therapy sessions, creating a safe and engaging environment that fosters open communication and healing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and medical staff, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards, to track progress and treatment outcomes effectively.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay abreast of new research, treatment methodologies, and best practices in mental health care.

The individual in this role will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients range in age, cultural background, and socioeconomic status, allowing for a rich variety of clinical presentations that will enhance your professional development and skills.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required to ensure effective therapeutic interventions.

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse treatment, and trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions to adapt to each patient's specific circumstances.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range between $70,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
