• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, emotional well-being, and specific needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, tailoring them to meet each client's unique goals and challenges.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including individualized therapy, family sessions, and group therapy, ensuring adaptability based on client responses.
• Continuously monitor client progress, making data-informed adjustments to treatment plans to optimize outcomes and enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and crisis management strategies to ensure safety.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in alignment with ethical standards and legal regulations, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation.
