The patient population you will serve consists of individuals grappling with a variety of mental health challenges alongside complex medical conditions. These patients often require a nuanced and empathetic approach to therapy, focusing on their unique experiences and treatment journeys. Your role will be integral in providing compassionate support, promoting recovery, and encouraging personal growth.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• A strong foundation in addressing the needs of individuals with co-occurring medical and psychiatric conditions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport effectively with diverse populations.
• A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelines while safeguarding patient confidentiality.
• Proficient with clinical software and electronic health record systems, enhancing daily workflows.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, facilitating your ability to connect with patients remotely.
• Experience in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

Golden Lutos Mental and Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
