Product Marketing Director - AI Profitability

Location: Palo Alto (Hybrid) | NYC (Hybrid) Hybrid | US Remote, possible

The billable hour, the commercial foundation of law firms, accounting firms and many consulting practices, is under fundamental pressure. Firms that figured out pricing and profitability a generation ago are rebuilding those models from scratch, and Intapp is at the center of that shift.

With the launch of Celeste, our agentic AI platform, we are evolving Intapp Time from time management into full profitability intelligence. Automated time capture, AI-driven billing compliance, and entirely new commercial frameworks for an AI-first world.

This is a category creation role. You will help to define how this market shift gets named, framed, and owned. We are looking for a senior product marketing leader who has launched AI into enterprise markets, built trust-first messaging for compliance-conscious buyers, and knows what it takes to bring a new category to life. Domain expertise in professional services is a plus. A proven track record of turning frontier AI innovation into business impact is the requirement.

What You Will Own

  • The market narrative for Intapp Time and Profitability-evolving positioning from timekeeping to profitability intelligence and feeding buyer and competitive insights back into product strategy

  • Thought leadership programs that reshape how firm leaders think about AI, billing, and profitability-and drive pipeline as a result

  • Partner with Product to influence roadmap priorities based on market signals, competitive dynamics, and customer insight

  • Go-to-market strategy for Celeste-powered capabilities, including packaging, pricing, and commercial design

  • End-to-end product launches, including positioning, competitive narrative, and enablement across Sales, Customer Success, and Partners

  • Market credibility through analyst engagement, customer proof points, and ROI-driven storytelling

What You Will Need

  • 8+ years in B2B product marketing, product management, or GTM strategy (experience in legal tech, professional services, or financial services strongly preferred), with a career trajectory that demonstrates increasing scope, leadership, and strategic impact over time

  • A track record of shaping or redefining market categories-not just describing products

  • Exceptional storytelling that connects technical capabilities to business outcomes for senior buyers

  • Experience influencing packaging, pricing, or commercial strategy

  • Ability to lead cross-functionally and drive alignment without direct authority

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
