Our outpatient facility framework facilitates a variety of therapy types, including individual and group therapy sessions, conducted through video calls or phone sessions. As a remote counselor, you will have access to state-of-the-art telehealth tools to maintain efficient and effective communication with clients.

• Conduct initial intake assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional, psychological, and social needs, documenting their challenges and resources.
• Create individualized treatment plans that address specific client concerns, continuously adapting them based on feedback and progress.
• Engage clients through evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness practices.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions aimed at fostering self-reflection, resilience, and adaptive coping strategies.
• Monitor client progress and treatment adherence, adjusting interventions as necessary to enhance overall outcomes.
• Educate clients regarding therapeutic processes, fostering transparency about financial and emotional commitments involved in their treatment journey.
• Encourage community resource referrals to support clients with additional needs beyond the counseling context.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey.

• Possess strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients empathetically and effectively.

Our competitive salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 90,000 annually, with opportunities for a sign-on bonus.
