Our mission is simple: deliver exceptional client experiences from the very first call and ensure every qualified case gets the attention it deserves.

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, gather critical case information, and ensure a smooth handoff to our legal partners. This is a fully remote position requiring strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured intake interviews, primarily for motor vehicle accident cases
  • Accurately document case details in our CRM system
  • Identify qualified cases and follow proper escalation or transfer protocols
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and urgency in every interaction
  • Follow up with leads as needed to complete intakes or gather missing information
  • Meet daily/weekly performance metrics (call handling, conversion, quality)

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in legal intake, call center, or client-facing role preferred
  • Familiarity with personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases is a strong plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and technology tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High-speed internet and a quiet workspace required

Preferred Experience

  • Personal injury or mass tort intake experience
  • Experience working with case management or intake software
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay + performance incentives (commission)
  • Robust benefit package including 401k, medical, dental, and vision
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Fully remote work environment
  • Ongoing training and support
  • Growth opportunities within a scaling organization
