Summary:

The Wealth and Investment Service Specialist III is responsible for leading, onboarding/training, mentoring service specialists while completing assigned projects and supporting high-end sales advisors with client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Train and mentor existing service specialists on policies/procedures/products/job expectations.
  • Assist Section Manager or Lead to train/onboard new service specialist colleagues.
  • Assist/Complete special projects.
  • Support high-end sales advisor(s) with establishment, retention or maintenance of client relationships.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of related experience
