• Manage a caseload of clients, creating a safe space to build rapport and establish positive therapeutic relationships, adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress and stability, while also preparing for future appointments and appropriate discharge planning.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, leveraging evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment reports, ensuring compliance and best practices.
• Perform comprehensive intake assessments, identifying client needs, strengths, and areas for growth.
• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance professional development and clinical skills.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for clients.

You will work with a diverse patient population, providing therapeutic support to individuals, families, and children facing a myriad of mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is essential.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentials are required for this role.

• Proficiency in using technology, including software for electronic documentation such as RMS and PIMSY, as well as Microsoft Outlook and Excel, is expected.

• Prior experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families will be advantageous.
• Familiarity with conducting intake assessments and understanding patient care protocols in an outpatient setting is highly valued.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, with a fee-for-service model that guarantees you are paid ahead of collections, reducing waiting periods for reimbursement.
