Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Louisiana
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a Louisiana-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families. The therapist will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, conduct scheduled sessions, and help clients address relationship concerns, family conflict, emotional health needs, and life transitions.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical assessments and intake sessions
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
  • Develop and update treatment plans
  • Use evidence-based and family systems approaches
  • Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed
  • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Follow safety, privacy, and telehealth requirements

Requirements
  • Master's degree in marriage and family therapy or a related field
  • Active Louisiana LMFT license in good standing
  • Previous experience providing psychotherapy
  • Strong assessment, treatment-planning, and documentation skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth and electronic health record systems
  • Reliable internet access and a private workspace
