This position offers the flexibility of a full-time remote work setting, allowing you to arrange your schedule based on your personal needs and client caseload. The work-from-home environment must provide a private space to ensure confidentiality and safety for your clients. You will utilize virtual communication tools and telehealth software to deliver counseling, ensuring that barriers to care are minimized.

• Manage a flexible schedule by determining the number of clients you see each week, allowing for a work-life balance that fits your lifestyle.
• Utilize our marketing support and client referral systems to grow your caseload, while being matched with individuals that align with your clinical expertise and interests.
• Provide personalized and live support to both clinicians and clients, streamlining the process of accessing and delivering care to improve patient experiences.
• Instantly verify client insurance benefits to eliminate access delays, enabling you to meet clients confidently without insurance-related interruptions.
• Engage in regular peer consultations, ensuring you stay connected to a supportive professional community while receiving continuous feedback for growth.

You will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals experiencing various mental health conditions and substance use challenges. This role is instrumental in supporting clients through evidence-based interventions tailored to their unique needs while fostering their journey towards improved mental wellbeing.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon is required.
• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a related field is essential.
• Your home office must provide a confidential and safe environment for client interactions.
• Compliance with background and regulatory requirements is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses is crucial.
• Familiarity and comfort with using technology throughout the day, including telehealth platforms and internal communication tools.

• Experience in creating and utilizing comprehensive assessments to better understand client needs.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with clients to achieve their personal goals, leveraging various therapeutic strategies.
• Certifications in evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) are highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and the size of your caseload. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
