This full-time position allows you to work remotely, providing virtual therapy services to a diverse array of clients. This position is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility and comfort of working from home while engaging with clients via virtual platforms. You'll have a structured schedule, with the autonomy to create a work-life balance that suits your needs. Our organization values flexibility, and our virtual format enables you to manage your time effectively while seeing a minimum of 25 clients weekly.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, providing individualized support and interventions based on their unique needs.
• Utilize clinical skills in various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to assist clients in achieving their mental health goals.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that address clients' goals, evaluating their progression regularly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams for administrative support, including managing insurance verification, billing, and documentation necessary for compliance and audits.

Your primary client base will include adults aged 18 and up, with a focus on diverse populations. We have a strong commitment to inclusivity and support, particularly for minority communities, the LGBTQIA+ population, and individuals facing men's mental health issues.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active LCSW license to practice in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of three years of clinical counseling experience post-licensure, with the ability to demonstrate effective therapeutic techniques.
• Completion of professional malpractice insurance.

• Previous experience in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and understanding their unique challenges.
• Experience addressing men's mental health issues, particularly in therapy settings.
• Familiarity with providing psychotherapy to clients from various cultural backgrounds and life experiences.
