This role is 100% remote, allowing you to deliver your services from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. We handle all administrative aspects of your practice, including marketing for new clients, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, electronic health records (EHR) management, audits, and compliance. This structure allows you to focus on what truly matters—providing compassionate and effective care.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients, utilizing established therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Manage a caseload of at least 25 clients, ensuring each receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans using our electronic health record systems, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance treatment effectiveness and foster professional growth.
• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mental health and overall well-being, with a focus on adult clients.

You will primarily work with adult clients aged 18 and older, and we encourage applications from professionals who have experience or a strong interest in providing support to diverse populations, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals focused on men's mental health. Your ability to engage with clients from various backgrounds will enrich the therapeutic process and enhance client outcomes.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is required.
• Must have a valid and active LCSW license to practice in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure experience in clinical counseling is expected.
• Demonstrated proficiency in therapy techniques, with experience in CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.
• Professional malpractice insurance is required to ensure compliance and protect against liability.

• Experience working with marginalized and diverse communities is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with therapeutic approaches specifically designed for men's mental health would be beneficial.
• Prior experience providing psychotherapy through telehealth platforms is advantageous.
