As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with us, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments tailored to each patient’s needs, developing detailed treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based modalities, ensuring adaptations for remote delivery aligning with each client’s unique circumstances.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and documentation adhering to relevant ethical standards and HIPAA compliance while leveraging secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, through virtual meetings and consultations to enhance the quality of care provided.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings via video conferencing technology, fostering effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Educate patients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, utilizing digital communication tools for effective outreach.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge of mental health trends and best practices through participation in virtual conferences, webinars, and relevant continuing education opportunities.

Your work with us will involve engaging with a diverse population of patients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and various other mental health conditions. You will be tasked with developing tailored treatment approaches that resonate with the unique experiences and backgrounds of each client, ensuring they receive empathetic support and actionable solutions for their recovery journeys.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in your state.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, demonstrating adaptability to remote care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with clients through virtual platforms.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to navigate the challenges of remote practice effectively.
• A capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a virtual team environment.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in mental health teletherapy, as well as familiarity with various patient management software and telehealth tools, will be highly regarded. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in a virtual setting is also beneficial.

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
