Position: Remote Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

Location: Fully Remote (Supporting Royal Palm Beach Jupiter, FL Offices)

License Required: Florida 2-20 or 4-40 License

Experience: 2+ years as a PC Insurance Agent

Compensation Earnings Potential

  • Total Compensation: $55,000 – $75,000+ (base + commission + bonuses)

Requirements
  • Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 License (required)
  • 2+ years of PC insurance sales experience or Allstate Insurance Sales experience is preferred
  • Strong closing skills and ability to build rapport
  • Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
  • Comfortable working in a remote, performance-driven environment
  • Tech-savvy and able to manage leads and follow-ups efficiently
