Job Responsibilities

  • Write/modify code and debug software for HdL proprietary software programs based on working knowledge of program architecture and experience gained from the design and development process.

  • Use source debuggers and visual development environments.

  • Test and document software for client applications; deploy and maintain software solutions.

  • Design and develop software user interfaces.

  • Enhance and improve existing reporting tools, features, and customized reports for internal or client use.

  • Construct database queries and writes Crystal Reports.

  • Applies intermediate design, coding, debugging, and testing skills to deliver a working set of program modules.

  • Understands networks and network protocols.

  • Develops code using .Net C#,

    Visual Basic,

    RDBMS/SQL, MVC, AngularJS.

  • Knowledge of GIS, APIs and working knowledge of Microsoft Internet Information Server.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Makes moderately complex decisions regarding routine issues.

  • Capable of solving problems of moderate scope and complexity.

  • Applies knowledge to improve existing procedures, services, programs, or technologies.

Education and Experience

  • BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

Compensation

The starting base salary for this Brea, CA

position is expected to be between $31

to $35

per hour

. Actual pay rate will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
