What You'll Do:

Help high-intent, pre-qualified insurance shoppers across Missouri find better auto, home, and life coverage.

  • We provide the leads!
  • We provide warm transfers straight to our sales agents!

You'll connect with clients via phone, text, or email, then guide them through their coverage options using our proven script with the goal of closing the sale on the first call.

Responsibilities

We start each morning with sales skill training on Zoom.us at 8:00 AM CST. These short, high-impact sessions keep us sharp, focused, and in pursuit of #1 as a team.

Afterwards - Follow these 3 daily requirements:

  1. Engage in at least five brand-new conversations with leads each day, with each call lasting over 10 minutes.
  2. Use our proven script on every call, aiming to close the sale on the first conversation.
  3. Complete all your daily follow-ups and reconnect with any leads that didn't close the first time.

Requirements

Licensing:

Be ready to obtain the necessary licenses quickly. You must be licensed to sell Property & Casualty insurance in Missouri.

A Proven Track Record of Success:

  • Bonus points for awards, achievements, or production numbers that prove you're a top performer.

Strong Communication Skills:

You must be able to communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy - Whether its connecting with clients emotionally on the very first call, supporting them through tough situations, or encouraging and uplifting your teammates.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Reliable computer with fast processing capability
  • At least two monitors, a mouse, and a keyboard
  • Strong internet connection capable of supporting remote work
  • Comfortable with modern software tools and CRM systems
