You will also play a critical role in managing financial operations, optimizing Deltek functionalities, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and contractual requirements.

Job Location: Remote from Philippines Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to support organisational goals and objectives. Deltek Expertise: Utilize Deltek Vantagepoint software to manage financial data effectively, including project accounting, cost tracking, and invoicing. Leverage Deltek functionalities to streamline financial processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve reporting capabilities. Serve as the primary administrator for Deltek Vantagepoint, overseeing system configurations, upgrades, and user training.

Overhead Rate and Multiplier Management: Calculate, analyse, and monitor Overhead (OH) rates and multipliers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project requirements and financial objectives. Develop strategies to optimise OH rates and multipliers, driving profitability and competitiveness in contract negotiations and pricing decisions. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate key performance indicators and financial metrics effectively. Communication and Collaboration: Foster transparent communication and collaboration across departments, providing financial guidance and support to project managers, business development teams, and executive leadership.
