Responsibilities:
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and performance goals.
  • Contact and follow up with company-provided leads to convert into sales.
  • Present and recommend insurance products that best fit customer goals.
  • Help protect customers by offering Allstate products that will meet their needs.
  • Educate prospective customers on how to protect their families and assets.
  • Stay current with insurance products, compliance requirements, and industry updates.
  • Must be available Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time.
Job Qualifications:
  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License - required.
  • Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience (specifically in Auto and Home insurance).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Highly motivated and driven with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Works well independently.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must reside in one of the following time zones: Pacific (PST), Mountain (MST), or Central (CST).
Compensation:
This role offers the opportunity to earn $100,000+ per year through a combination of base pay and commission. High performers have the potential to exceed this level of income with strong sales results.
