About the Opportunity

The Quality Assurance Manager will support the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of GAMA-1 Technologies' Integrated Management System (IMS) within a federal government contracting environment. This position supports compliance across ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001, CMMC Level 2, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMI Services frameworks by partnering with business units, IT, and other stakeholders to drive process adherence, maintain compliance evidence, and support audit readiness in a remote work environment.

Success in this role means ensuring audits, compliance activities, corrective actions, risk management processes, and document controls are effectively coordinated and maintained. The ideal candidate will proactively identify opportunities for improvement, foster accountability across stakeholders, and help ensure the organization remains compliant, audit-ready, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
