Servpro Team Hart

Are you a highly skilled estimator who understands the demands of insurance carriers and TPA workflows? Servpro Team Hart is looking for a detail-driven, experienced Estimator who can take ownership of the estimating process and drive accuracy, speed, and compliance.
In this role, youll be a key player in delivering high-quality estimates while supporting operational excellence and client satisfaction.
What Youll Own

  • Develop accurate, carrier-compliant estimates using Xactimate, Symbility, MICA, and TPA platforms.
  • Oversee job file quality from intake through audit and close-out on the estimate side.
  • Validate scope, documentation, and line-item accuracy.
  • Manage WIP, timelines, and compliance requirements in regards to estimates.
  • Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and adjusters.
  • Identify opportunities to improve estimating efficiency and process.
What Sets You Apart

  • Strong experience in restoration estimating + insurance/TPA workflows.
  • Deep knowledge of Xactimate (Symbility/MICA a strong plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple files without sacrificing accuracy.
  • High accountability and ownership mindset.
