• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, emphasizing their concerns and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and life transitions.
• Lead couples and family therapy sessions aimed at improving relationship dynamics and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, setting clear objectives tailored to individual client needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and stability.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping techniques, and available community resources for ongoing support.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential records for all clients, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to ethical and legal standards.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and legal requirements within the counseling domain, ensuring a commitment to client confidentiality and informed consent processes.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Demonstrated empathy and a genuine desire to support clients through their challenges.

• Experience in providing therapy across various settings, particularly outpatient therapy.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and experience handling emergency situations.
• Prior experience in a fee-for-service model, understanding of insurance processes, and knowledge of reimbursement systems.
• Training or specialization in specific therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Family Systems Therapy.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
