About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Adjuster to join our team. This is a remote position for a detail-oriented professional who is highly skilled in reviewing residential property claims and preparing accurate repair estimates using Xactimate. If you have a strong understanding of residential construction, insurance claims, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
· Review residential property claims and supporting documentation.
· Review/prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate.
· Analyze photos, reports, and claim information to determine the scope of damage.
· Communicate professionally with insurance carriers, policyholders, contractors, and other claim stakeholders.
· Maintain thorough claim documentation and meet established turnaround times.
· Ensure estimates comply with carrier guidelines and industry standards.
· Manage multiple claims while maintaining accuracy and exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 7 years of residential property adjusting experience.
· Advanced proficiency with Xactimate (required).
· Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and repair costs.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
· Current adjuster license(s), where required.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with desk adjusting and remote claim handling.
· Ability to interpret coverage and estimate complex residential losses.
· Familiarity with multiple carrier guidelines and workflows.
