Schedule: Full-Time

On-Target Earnings: $150,000 - $300,000+ per year

This role follows a streamlined "Sign & Drive" model - sales reps focus on closing deals while internal teams handle production, insurance, and backend processes. With strong inbound lead flow and structured daily training, this is an opportunity designed for driven sales professionals ready to maximize earnings.

Responsibilities
  • Run 2-3 preset in-home appointments daily
  • Conduct professional sales presentations for roofing and exterior coating services
  • Close contracts and collect customer deposits
  • Gather project details, selections, and required documentation
  • Submit complete deal files with notes and photos
  • Maintain clear communication with internal teams
  • Generate additional self-sourced leads (optional but incentivized)
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

Must Have:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (in-home sales preferred)
  • Strong closing ability
  • Hunter mentality and self-motivation
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
  • Ability to run in-home appointments confidently
  • Reliable transportation
  • Professional communication skills
  • Ability to work in the Phoenix market
  • Must be tech literate
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs
