• Conduct and facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.
• Design and implement treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and making adjustments as necessary to foster optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including mental health professionals, doctors, nurses, and social workers, to develop and refine comprehensive intervention plans.
• Coordinate care with psychiatric providers for clients requiring inpatient treatment and follow up on their progress post-discharge.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to identify and address behaviors that hinder client recovery, providing clients with the tools and strategies to overcome these challenges.
• Support the family members and primary caregivers of clients by providing guidance and resources to help them navigate mental health challenges.

Our client population includes individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds facing an array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. • A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.
• Demonstrated experience as a Mental Health Counselor or in a related clinical role.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and the effects of psychotropic medications prescribed by medical staff.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
• Empathetic, compassionate interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding culturally competent practices in mental health service delivery.
• Special training or certifications in trauma-informed care or specific therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT).
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth tools and virtual counseling platforms to provide effective remote therapy.
