• Conduct initial consultations and assessments to gather comprehensive information about clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their mental health history and current concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique needs and goals.
• Provide ongoing individual therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to promote effective healing.
• Regularly evaluate and monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to achieve the best possible outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress while remaining compliant with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in regular professional development opportunities, including training sessions and workshops, to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed about the latest research and practices in mental health.

Our clientele ranges from children and adolescents to adults grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. You will play a crucial role in establishing strong therapeutic alliances that empower clients to navigate their challenges while promoting resilience and growth.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills that foster a trusting and open therapeutic rapport with clients.
• Ability to exhibit empathy and maintain a non-judgmental stance towards diverse experiences and backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational skills with an aptitude for multitasking, facilitating effective case management.

• Experience providing teletherapy and adapting therapeutic techniques to a virtual environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic methods beyond classical approaches, including mindfulness-based interventions.
• Previous work in an outpatient or private practice setting is beneficial.

• A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, based on your caseload and level of experience.
