What is the pay?

  • $48,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience
  • Individual performance-based bonus up to 10% of salary
  • Company performance-based bonus up to 10% of salary

What are the benefits?

  • Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) with up to 6% company match
  • 40 days of paid time off, inclusive of vacation, sick days, and holidays
  • $200/month home-office stipend
  • Promote-from-within culture with clear opportunities for advancement

What will I be doing?

  • Entering new claim details into client systems accurately and on time
  • Reviewing claim files to confirm required information, documentation, and forms are complete
  • Updating claim records, notes, and status information as new claim activity is received
  • Following up on missing documents, incomplete forms, or other outstanding claim requirements based on client procedures
  • Tracking claim activity and helping ensure routine next steps are completed on time
  • Responding to routine claim-related questions and providing claim status updates as directed
  • Preparing claim summaries, status reports, and other recurring client updates as needed
  • Escalating complex cases through established workflows
  • Following established processes to deliver consistent, high-quality claims processing support

What are the requirements?

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • Strong organizational, task management, and follow-through skills
  • Comfortable working with insurance claims and related documentation across multiple client systems and workflows
  • Able to review files carefully and identify missing information, incomplete documentation, or inconsistencies according to client procedures
