• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients’ mental health conditions and needs, forming the basis for personalized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific challenges and goals of clients, ensuring they receive tailored support.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to foster client engagement and progress.
• Collaborate closely with other members of the treatment team, such as psychologists and case managers, to provide coordinated and integrated care aimed at optimizing client outcomes.
• Educate and support clients' families, promoting their involvement in the treatment process and helping to foster a strong supportive network.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with best practices.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated training or substantial experience in mental health counseling.
• A solid understanding of evidence-based practices for treating various mental health disorders.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, enabling you to establish rapport and motivate clients effectively.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, facilitating seamless collaboration within a multidisciplinary treatment team.

• Experience in a community health setting or similar environment where you have engaged with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual therapy platforms.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and culturally competent practices.
