Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments to evaluate new patients and their family dynamics.
  • Deliver individual and family therapy sessions tailored to clients' specific needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate billing and documentation, including treatment plans and insurance authorization forms, ensuring compliance with specified timeframes.
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to encourage stability in clients' lives.
  • Create comprehensive discharge plans in collaboration with clients to ensure continuity of care post-therapy.
  • Adhere to federal and state regulations, as well as our internal policies and procedures, to maintain high standards of care.
  • Engage in professional development through continuing education and training to enhance therapeutic skills and competencies.
  • Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to foster a shared understanding and integrate collective knowledge in providing care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary responsibility will be working with a diverse range of patients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and various other mental health challenges. You will develop a therapeutic relationship built on trust and empathy, enabling clients to explore personal issues and implement strategies for lasting change. Through tailored interventions and support, you will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Must possess a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) in the state of Arizona.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic approaches specific to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your licensing and experience.
