• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and understood.
• Provide individualized and family therapy tailored to the specific needs identified during assessments, employing evidence-based methodologies to facilitate meaningful progress.
• Complete all necessary documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, within stipulated timeframes to ensure compliance and organizational efficiency.
• Develop comprehensive crisis, safety, and relapse prevention plans, along with wellness plans to help patients maintain stable functioning and achieve their mental health goals.
• Create discharge plans that prepare patients for successful transitions, ensuring continuity of care.
• Adhere to federal and state laws, as well as internal policies, to maintain an ethical and legally compliant practice.
• Continuously enhance professional skills by participating in training sessions and pursuing ongoing education opportunities.
• Engage in regular case consultations and agency meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and collaborate on treatment strategies.
• Complete all required licensure and mandatory training timely to maintain certification and competence.

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals and families grappling with various mental health challenges. Your understanding of cultural sensitivities will be paramount as you engage with patients from different backgrounds, striving to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and understood.

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the State of Arizona (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).

Preferred candidates will have experience in outpatient settings, demonstrating expertise in individual and family therapy. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and proficiency in telehealth practices will be advantageous as we utilize technology to enhance patient care delivery.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and licensure. Our benefits package includes:
