Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of new patients and their families, ensuring tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies to treat issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Complete billing and documentation tasks promptly, including individualized treatment plans and insurance authorization forms, in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Develop and implement crisis intervention plans, safety plans (as required), and relapse prevention strategies to facilitate sustained mental wellness for clients.
  • Create comprehensive discharge plans to ensure a seamless transition for clients exiting therapy.
  • Adhere strictly to current federal and state regulations and organizational policies, maintaining the highest standards of care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through training and education to stay current on therapeutic techniques and mental health trends.
  • Contribute to case consultations and participate actively in agency meetings to enhance service delivery and collaborative care strategies.
  • Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training to uphold professional standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an outpatient setting or community mental health environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team framework, providing comprehensive care to clients.
  • A strong background in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 yearly, commensurate with your licensure and experience level.
