Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual mental health evaluations and thorough risk assessments via secure telehealth platforms to identify patient needs effectively.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices, ensuring plans are tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Provide trauma-informed therapy utilizing a range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic tools focused on improving patient outcomes.
• Offer crisis intervention services for patients experiencing distress, employing proven stabilization techniques to guide them through urgent situations.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care that addresses physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Regularly monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available virtual resources to empower them in managing their care.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
