Position Overview

We are seeking experienced, licensed insurance agents to join a growing national sales team. This is a full-time, fully remote position supporting a well-established agency in an active growth phase.

Agents in this role work exclusively with inbound, pre-qualified inquiries—there is no cold calling. The position offers an hourly base that scales with production, alongside uncapped commission and weekly pay.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients and assess their coverage needs
  • Educate clients on available plan options and recommend appropriate coverage
  • Manage the application and enrollment process from initial contact through completion
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state and carrier requirements
  • Build lasting client relationships through consistent communication and follow-through
  • Consistently meet or exceed established production targets

Qualifications

  • Must Be a “Licensed 215 Insurance Agent.”
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, client-focused manner
  • Proficiency in English required; bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
