What You'll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
· Build Relationships: Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their signage needs.
· Drive Sales: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Consult with Clients: Provide expert advice on signage solutions, ensuring our products meet their business goals.
· Collaborate: Work closely with our design and production teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
· Expand Market Reach: Identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
 
What We’re Looking For
· A self-motivated proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
· Have a passion for meeting and exceeding goals.
· Knowledge of the sign / commercial construction industry is preferred but not required.
· Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in B2B sales.
· Documented, proven history of aggressively growing sales and exceeding quotas.
· Experience with account management and managing multiple projects at the same time.
· Top notch communication and presentation skills with service driven professionalism.
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, entrepreneurship or related field preferred.
