RefrigiWear, a global leader in protective apparel and equipment designed for extreme environments, is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Director to drive growth and manage strategic customer relationships across the Northeastern territory. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in solution-based selling within the cold-chain, food processing, distribution, and temperature-controlled storage sectors.

You will serve as a trusted partner to regional and national accounts, helping customers protect their teams with industry-leading cold-weather PPE while uncovering new opportunities for expansion.

This position is fully remote based in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Know and grow your territory by managing strong, long-term relationships with assigned regional and national accounts across the territory of Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, delivering exceptional service, product expertise, and timely support to customers.
  • Drive new customer acquisition within B2B food processing, protein, cold storage, food distribution, and warehouse segments.
  • Identify and penetrate new facilities within existing enterprise accounts to increase overall footprint.
  • Expand wallet share by introducing additional product categories and increasing multi-line adoption.
  • Drive higher sales volume through proactive reorder management and usage expansion strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new product releases and tailored value-tier solutions aligned to customer needs.
  • Proactively manage churn risk by monitoring engagement, competitive threats, and purchasing trends.
  • Manage leads and account-based opportunities through the full sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-up and complete documentation in CRM systems.
  • Monitor account performance and track customer activity to ensure alignment with growth goals and KPIs.
  • Act as a customer advocate while partnering closely with Customer Service, Sales Support, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Represent RefrigiWear with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3–5 years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in PPE, industrial products, or selling into food processing, warehousing, or cold-chain industries.
  • Must currently reside within or be able to support the assigned territory (Georgia).
  • Strong relationship-builder with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven track record of new business development and territory growth.
  • Ability to increase wallet share and expand product category penetration.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and skilled at managing multiple accounts and priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and account planning. Ability to meet and document weekly and monthly goals for forecasting and reporting purposes.
