We provide technical HVAC education tooursales and service organizations. We are on a mission to modernize the way we teach by enhancing our designs andleveragingtechnology to engage with our learners. The Senior Instructional Designeris responsible fordesigning and developing learning content that delivers performance outcomes. This role will lead design projects and will be expected todirect external instructional designers on project deliverables and day-to-day duties.Strong knowledgeona variety of learning modalities is highly desirable. What you will do:

CurriculumDesign andDevelopment

  • Create and revise curriculum materials, lesson plans, assessments, and instructional resources aligned to organizational standards and objectives

  • Create large-scale training programs for sales and service audiences

  • Design learning experiences that incorporate best practices in pedagogy, adult learning theory, and instructional design

  • Analyze learner performance data toidentifygaps and recommend improvements

  • Develop assessments that measurebusiness andlearning outcomes

  • Provide guidance and coaching to instructors/facilitators on curriculum implementation

  • Recommend innovative tools, methods, and resources to improve learning experiences

Instructional Design

  • Leverage high impact instructional designmethodologyto create engaging learning content and interactive learning experiences aligned to business results

  • Develop solutions that create powerful targeted learning experiences in a variety of modalities: virtual classrooms,eLearning, video, learning pathway, instructor-led,etc

  • Contribute to the evaluation andselectionof learning technologies for the organization

  • Apply ADDIE to create learning assets

  • Must be proficientwithcreating design documents, storyboards,etc.

Project Management

  • Responsible for the management of multiple simultaneous projects directing the work of internal and external resources

  • Leverage standard learning project management practices and toolsincluding:charter, scope, schedule, budget,riskand dashboard

  • Accountable for projects to be deliveredon-time, within scope and budget

  • Manage multipleprojects, from end-to-endtraining,including deployment and collaborating with operations and program managers

Performance Consulting

  • Produce needs analysis, high impact learning maps and learner personas that deliver innovative, performance-based learning outcomes
