• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance use history, mental health status, and specific treatment needs, ensuring personalized care pathways.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that not only focus on addiction but also address co-occurring mental health challenges, using evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, integrating techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to promote engagement and progress.
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic team of healthcare providers, exchanging essential information to optimize care coordination and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Provide educational resources and emotional support to clients' families, fostering a supportive network that enhances the recovery process.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in accordance with ethical guidelines and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

You will primarily work with diverse populations facing the challenges of substance use disorders and related mental health issues. Our clients range from adolescents to adults, each with their unique stories and experiences. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Proven expertise in addiction counseling with a strong foundation in outpatient treatment strategies.
• Comprehensive understanding of evidence-based practices addressing both substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• At least 2 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health or substance abuse treatment setting.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and delivering therapy remotely.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate clients on their recovery journey.
• Demonstrated success in working collaboratively within a treatment team framework.
