Position Overview

This full-time position allows you to work remotely while providing essential mental health services in a detox center environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans that focus on their strengths and areas for improvement.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to foster client progress.
• Document clinical notes and keep accurate records in a secure manner while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care that addresses the biopsychosocial aspects of the client’s well-being.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops for clients and their families to enhance understanding of mental health challenges and available resources.
• Stay informed about the latest research in mental health and participate in ongoing training to improve clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients at our detox center primarily include individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions, such as anxiety and depression. Our diverse clientele comes from varying backgrounds and experiences, and we pride ourselves on delivering personalized care that respects each individual’s journey toward recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, particularly in substance abuse treatment or mental health.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting solution-focused and trauma-informed interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
• A strong ability to think critically and resolve problems effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a detox or inpatient treatment setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for tracking and managing client information.
• Knowledge of community resources and referral systems in Rockford, IL, for comprehensive client support.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
