• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ mental health needs using evidence-based tools and best practices.
• Develop, implement, and manage personalized treatment plans that are focused on client goals, utilizing knowledge of current trends in behavioral health care.
• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy and counseling sessions, adapting strategies to meet individual client needs.
• Participate actively in a multidisciplinary team, communicating effectively with medical and health staff to coordinate comprehensive client care.
• Evaluate clients regularly to monitor progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Perform crisis interventions and counseling sessions, ensuring safety and support for clients in distress.
• Screen clients for substance abuse issues, including prescription drug, illicit drug, and alcohol abuse, referring them to appropriate resources or inpatient care when necessary.
• Document all interactions and treatment plans in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with mental health policies and regulations.
