Empower Cove Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a full-time remote role. This remote position is designed to offer flexibility while ensuring that you can provide optimal care to our detox center patients. Our virtual infrastructure allows clinical staff to consult, collaborate, and communicate efficiently. You’ll be part of a dedicated team of mental health professionals who commit to ongoing training and use evidence-based practices to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Assist in the planning and organization of treatment programs tailored to meet the unique needs of patients.
• Maintain regular communication with medical staff, reporting on patient progress, needs, and any relevant concerns that surface throughout their treatment.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans and formulate appropriate discharge strategies grounded in psychosocial assessments and established social work methodologies.
• Provide clinical counseling and crisis intervention for individuals facing emotional and behavioral challenges, designing therapeutic responses that promote their recovery and coping skills.
• Engage with patients' family members or support systems to ensure cohesive treatment and discharge planning consistent with patient needs and preferences.

At Empower Cove, our focus is on high-risk patients who may struggle with a range of psychosocial issues, including addiction, trauma, and complex mental health disorders. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will be instrumental in providing support and guidance to these individuals, facilitating their pathways toward healing and resilience amidst challenging circumstances.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field.
• Current, active state licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, showcasing a robust understanding of mental health treatment practices.
• Proven ability to function independently while managing a diverse caseload.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
• Proficient in utilizing computer systems, particularly MS Office, for documentation and reporting purposes.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices related to addiction recovery and mental health support.
• Experience working in a detox or inpatient setting, where rapid assessment and intervention are critical.
• Knowledge of community resources and referral systems to enhance patients' treatment plans.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
