As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Compassionate Harmony, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to ascertain each patient's mental health status, needs, and treatment goals.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Administering therapy sessions for individuals coping with grief, depression, anxiety, or other mental health issues related to hospice care.
• Maintaining accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

• Providing education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, coping strategies, and community resources available.
