• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments, evaluating clients' emotional and social strengths, as well as areas for growth.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, ensuring they are tailored to the individual needs of clients and families.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing effective therapeutic techniques to engage clients and promote emotional resilience.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care, fostering comprehensive support for clients' overall wellness.
• Advocate for clients' rights, helping them access community resources and support services that address their specific needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in team meetings and case conferences, contributing insights to enhance client care while staying abreast of best practices through continuing education.

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse population of clients receiving hospice care. This includes individuals experiencing complex grief, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues arising from chronic illnesses. You will also offer support to families navigating the emotional challenges associated with end-of-life care, fostering an environment of compassion and understanding.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Possession of a current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, within healthcare or mental health settings.
• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and implementing treatment plans that cater to clients’ unique needs and situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A strong commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical standards in practice.

• Experience working within hospice or palliative care settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), or other relevant therapeutic methodologies.

• Competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
