In this role, you will support a diverse population of hospice patients and their families who are navigating complex emotional landscapes related to end-of-life care. Your role will include addressing grief, loss, and transition issues, providing comfort and support, and helping families make informed decisions regarding their care. Your expertise will be essential in helping these individuals find peace and understanding during a crucial time in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of solution-based psychotherapy techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to engage effectively with patients and families.

• Prior experience working in a hospice or end-of-life care setting preferred.
• Experience with family systems therapy and grief counseling is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and telehealth technology.
