• Conduct detailed assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

In this role, you will support a diverse range of clients facing challenges related to mental health, particularly within the hospice setting. • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
