Behavioral Lifebulb Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to provide essential therapeutic services remotely, primarily focusing on supporting individuals, couples, families, and groups dealing with a variety of mental health challenges. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.
  • Coordinate and implement behavioral health services tailored for patients, ensuring adherence to established mental health policies and procedures.
  • Provide timely evaluations and assessments for patients, ensuring a respectful and courteous approach during intakes.
  • Deliver counseling and crisis intervention services when necessary, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
  • Facilitate patient referrals for serious mental health conditions requiring inpatient care or specialized treatment to appropriate agencies outside our facility.
  • Screen patients for issues related to substance abuse, providing counseling or referrals based on their needs to local resources.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential electronic patient records, utilizing digital health systems efficiently.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Behavioral Lifebulb Counseling Center, your primary focus will be on clients experiencing diverse mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions requiring nuanced therapeutic interventions. You will support the hospice population, often helping families navigate end-of-life challenges, grief, and adjustment to loss, aiming to enhance their emotional and psychological resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current LCSW license are required.
