You will primarily work with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will help guide clients through recovery, enhancing their coping strategies and improving their overall quality of life. Your compassionate support will be essential in creating a safe and trusting environment for clients to heal and grow.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and problem-solve in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated capability to foster collaborative relationships within a treatment team.

• Experience working in a community health setting or rehabilitation center focused on mental health is preferred.
