This position is conducted in a remote setting, utilizing telehealth platforms to interact with clients. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and challenges
• Craft individualized treatment plans tailored to each client, incorporating therapeutic interventions and evidence-based practices
• Provide therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, with a focus on fostering positive outcomes
• Utilize telehealth technology to maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for a holistic approach to client care, actively participating in multidisciplinary meetings

• A master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related mental health field
• An active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing mental health counseling services, preferably in a remote setting
• Excellent communication skills, with a capacity for active listening, empathy, and rapport building
• The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a telehealth team

• Familiarity with evidence-based counseling techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care
• Experience using electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms to manage client information and enhance service delivery
• A strong commitment to ethical practice and the ability to uphold confidentiality in all client interactions

The salary for this position ranges between USD 60,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a generous benefits package that includes:
