• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that employ best practices and evidence-based methodologies for each client.
• Administer therapeutic interventions rooted in solution-focused psychotherapy, leveraging a variety of techniques to meet diverse client needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in accordance with regulatory standards, ensuring privacy and compliance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to create an integrated approach to client care.
• Engage actively in case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to the continuous improvement of care practices within the clinic.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families, fostering a greater understanding of mental health issues and treatment strategies.

This role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, and more. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with a focus in psychotherapy.
