Company is looking for a Director of Business Development to drive our next phase of growth across North America.
This is a high-impact, strategic role reporting directly to our Chief Commercial Officer - ideal for a seasoned MedTech BD leader with deep experience in medical injection molding and Class II/III medical device contract manufacturing and a strong network of OEM relationships.
Remote (California-based) / ✈ Travel required
25% travel
What you'll do:
• Lead strategic market expansion and new revenue growth
• Build and manage high-value relationships with medical device OEMs
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, PM, Sales & Marketing
• Shape long-term commercial strategy alongside the CCO and leadership team
What you bring:
• 10+ years in BD within medical device contract manufacturing
• Deep expertise in medical injection molding & Class II/III single-use and electromechanical devices
• Established network of senior-level industry decision-makers
• A consultative, results-driven approach with a track record of exceeding targets
